Pricing
Current subscription pricing is shown on the Olympus premium pages at checkout before payment is completed. Prices may vary by plan, billing cycle, and currency shown by the payment provider.
Additional Fees
Olympus does not add separate handling or delivery charges. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction charges where applicable.
Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time an order or subscription purchase is placed. Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each renewal period unless cancelled beforehand.
Delivery Timing
Premium access is usually activated automatically within a few minutes after successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, activation may take up to 1 hour during payment review or temporary service delays.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refunds are reviewed for duplicate charges or verified service-side delivery issues. Change-of-mind purchases and partially used subscription periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Customers can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
Supported Payment Methods
Olympus accepts the payment methods displayed by the checkout provider at the time of purchase, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other supported digital payment options.
Subscription Renewal Details
Subscription plans renew automatically according to the billing interval selected at purchase. Renewal charges continue until the subscription is cancelled.
Auto-Renewal Cancellation Process
Customers may cancel auto-renewal through the payment provider flow when available, or by contacting Olympus support at support.olympusbot@gmail.com before the next renewal date. Access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period.
